Keeping you active

Our commitment to you;

You will always be seen by a qualified physiotherapist, Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, who will examine and treat you in line with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy’s strict code of practice.

After examination, the physiotherapist will explain their assessment of your complaint and proposed treatment, explaining what is involved and if possible give you an estimate of the number of treatment sessions needed and the time period required.

Your consultation and treatment will always be on a one to one basis and in the privacy of the treatment room.

Your appointment/s will be scheduled according to your needs, to the best of our ability according to the workload.

A letter can be sent to your GP or referrer at your request.

A referral from a GP is not necessary, unless a medical insurance claim is to be made for the cost of the treatment, in which case you should check with your insurer.

Your commitment to us;

Please respect our physiotherapists.

Arriving late for an appointment may result in you receiving a shorter treatment. Full payment will still be required.

Payment will normally be made at the time of treatment.

24 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel an appointment and avoid a cancellation fee.
